Cancellation Policy

Within 10 days - 72 hours: 75% of ticket fare will be refunded

Within 72 -48 hours: 50% of ticket fare will be refunded

Within 48 -24 hours: 25% of ticket fare will be refunded

Less than 24 hours: 0% of ticket fare will be refunded

Provisional Booking: We are committed to keep holding the prior to departure time booking only 14 days in our system

Confirmation: A booking is only considered confirmed once the company has received a 10% deposit.

Full payment must be received no later than 14 days prior to the charter flight date.

Any booking made within less than 14 days can only confirmed after receiving the full payment.

25% of full payment if a booking is cancelled 72 hours prior to departure time

50% of full payment if a booking is cancelled 48 hours prior to departure time

No refund shall be made whatsoever if a booking is cancelled within 24 hours to departure time

No refunds will be provided if the client fails to show up at the designated time and location.
Any changes to the booking requested by the client must be made in writing and are subject to availability and may incur the change of cost.

The Company reserves the right to make changes to the flight schedule, landing site, or aircraft for safety reasons.
Flights are subject to suitable weather conditions. The final decision to fly rests with the pilot in command.

All passengers must present valid identification and comply with security protocols.

Baggage is limited to weight per passenger. Excess baggage may not be accommodated depending on the aircraft specifications detailed in the aircraft weight limit document.
The Company reserves the right to refuse carriage of any passenger whose conduct or health conditions may jeopardize the safety of the flight.

Age Limit
Individuals under the age of 2 are not permitted to board our aircrafts.

USD 300/hour on Robinson 44
USD 500/hour on Agustas
